The system kills and breaks down contaminants and fats in the water which then float to the water surface.
In order to collect the floating contaminants, the advanced oxidation device is always combined with a filter or skimmer.
A compact and portable skimmer designed primarily to collect floating debris resulting from the oxidation process. The patented MikvaTech skimmer operates in conjunction with the oxidation device whereby the oxidation breaks down the contaminants and algae and the MikvaTech skimmer collects them.
The MikvaTech skimmer is used in the most halachically stringent mikvaos, including the Zupnik Mikva of the Badatz Eida Chareidis, Bnei Brak Municipality mikvaos, Jerusalem Religious Council mikvaos, Petah Tikva Religious Council mikvaos, and many others.
The skimmer is lightweight and portable and can easily be placed or removed from the water.
